          主要應(yīng)用:
          寬光譜拉曼和光致發(fā)光光譜的測量,特別可以應(yīng)用于低頻領(lǐng)域;
          -半導(dǎo)體材料的內(nèi)部應(yīng)力測量。
          -可以測量到極小的stokes和反stokes拉曼譜線,一般可以測量到80-100波數(shù)。特別應(yīng)用于聚合物體系,半導(dǎo)體材料,陶瓷的結(jié)合效應(yīng),晶體結(jié)構(gòu)等拉曼測量。
          -需要深紫外激發(fā)的應(yīng)用,如蛋白質(zhì),鉆石,鍍膜,半導(dǎo)體的光致發(fā)光譜。

          М833 is the unique instrument allowing to simultaneously observe both Stokes and Anti-Stokes components on the distance of 20 cm-1 from the exitation line.

          Raman spectra were collected at 90 deg to the exitation beam using a wide-aperture achromatic condenser PS-3, 600 um dia. optical fiber and the M833i spectrometer (1200 l\mm gratings and S7031-1006 Hamamatsu sensor). Aperture matching system AFA consisting of two objectives-achromats was used to match the optical fiber output (NA=0.2) and the M833i input (F# 5.5). The wide-aperture condenser PS-3 consists of a meniscus and two objectives-achromats and provides wide light collecting angle of 37 deg.
